Tandem Booking

▶︎ All bookings must be done 24 hours in advance. If it is a last minute booking you should call +351 937 137 137.If you have been deep sea diving in the last 24 hours you cannot skydive.

Minimum Age to Skydive

▶︎ Minimum age 16 years. Those aged 16 or 17 will need parental consent on our specific forms, that we can send in advance. Limit age: 80 years old.

Skydive Booking Hour

▶︎ The selected hour for your Algarve Tandem Skydive booking is only an approximation of the time zone you are willing to do your tandem, this does not mean you will be jumping at that specific time. This can be changed! You will receive a notification or call of the change. If you do not agree with the hour, contact us.

Health and Weight

▶︎ The maximum weight is 90 kg, there is some tolerance up to 110 kg with a special fee price table. Consult your doctor if you have any of the following chronic problems: respiratory, cardiovascular, orthopaedic, fainting, epilepsy, or any other relevant problem.

Airfield Checkin Rules

▶︎ The Portimão Municipal Aerodrome is an aeronautical public facility. From the 0 to 99 years, mandatory to bring identification (ID Card) to be able to enter inside the (Dropzone) Portimão Airfield, either to jump or watch some one jump.

Skydive Cancellation

▶︎ Skydive Seven or another partner that promote jumps executed by Skydive Seven, reserves the right to cancel all experiences, promotions or services without prior notice. Or the jump may be scheduled for another available date. For effective cancellations, we will always return the reserve deposits, discounting only administrative costs – 15 euros per booking.

Skydive in Group

▶︎ We cannot guarantee the number of tandem customers jumping on each aircraft flight, nor that groups can all jump together. Whilst we do our best to accommodate our customers needs you should be prepared to skydive without any other tandem customers on the aircraft with you.

Tandem Jumps Order

▶︎ The jumps are made according to the schedule and the order of arrival, based on online reservations. However, the organisation of the jumps can be changed so that Skydive Seven can optimize all the available resources, airplanes, air traffic clearances, customers’ weight among other logistical options.

Vouchers Validity

▶︎ Vouchers are issued with validity of 12 months. If you have exceeded this period, the following rules apply: 30 day grace period without charge. Between 30 and 60 days out of maturity, 25 €. More than 60 days is invalid. Extension of validity plus 6 months, 38 euros (required within deadlines).

Skydive Video or Photos

▶︎ The jumps can be recorded in HD Video and Photo, option services. The files, after editing of Skydive Seven, are delivered in person or sent via online Wetransfer or similar online file upload service.

Previous Confirmation

▶︎ Skydiving activity depends heavily on several external factors, many of which we can not control or anticipate. Meteorology, supplies, air traffic control, aircraft operation, among others that can affect our activity. We advise you to contact us the day before your reservation.

Complaints

▶︎ Skydive Seven (Sevenair, SA) have a complaints book located in the front office for anyone wishing to make a formal complaint. Any other complaints should be submitted in writing by email to info@skydiveseven.pt or by post to Sevenair, SA, Aeródromo Municipal de Portimão, Montes de Alvor. 8500-059 Montes de Alvor. Algarve.

Food / Meals

▶︎ Tandem jumping is an extraordinary experience, so feed yourself with light meals and without exaggeration. It is forbidden to drink alcoholic beverages on the day of the jump.

Clothing & Footwear

▶︎ Bring comfortable clothes on the day of your tandem skydive, we suggest jeans, T-shirt or Sweatshirt. Footwear, sports shoes. If you do not have any of this, do not worry, we have shoes and clothes for you.

 

Extra Weight Price

▶︎ From 90kg to 100kg €15. From 100kg to 110kg €30. A Tandem passenger with over 100 kg will be subjected to an evaluation by the instructor.
